That was a long way to go for the punchline. (And also a genuinely great idea.)
What about Priority Pass branching out and adding this to their non-lounge offerings? They already offer members discounted meals and drinks at public venues.
I love this idea, but I wonder if Priority Pass would hit an issue with the reimbursement scheme. If they really can't pay for individual uses, it's a very different business model than they're set up for. That said, if they can offer bathroom access to business travelers it's not the worst excuse to raise their prices?
To some extent this is already a product — first class and club levels come with nicer bathrooms not shared with the masses. Definitely worth trying to sell like an airline club card.

Slowly we will subscribe our way into the comfort of clean, public restrooms in Japan.
I read that this custom Google Map of publicly accessible toilets was the most popular 3rd party map:
https://www.got2gonyc.com/about
and NYC now launched their own map last year https://www.theverge.com/2024/6/4/24171316/nyc-public-bathroom-google-maps-view-accesibility
Someone is gonna make a billion dollars by reading this blog
Why shouldn’t it be you??
